WeCan is a plumbing, drainage and property maintenance company working in Essex and the greater London area. Our qualified engineers are experienced in domestic and commercial gas, plumbing and drainage systems. Additionally, we have experience working in properties of all scales from minor repairs to full fit out or refurbishment.

Our company values are transparency, honesty and quality – this means you will always get clear and true communication, accountability and solutions that benefit the client before the business. WeCan’s product is not just the completed work, it is the client journey from initial contact all the way through to final invoice. 

Working together as client and contractor is a relationship, and trust is the most important aspect of any relationship. We don’t aspire to be the cheapest or the fastest, but to be someone you would welcome back into your home or premises, who’s work you can rely on for quality of workmanship and quality of service and who you would recommend to others.

Our aim is to provide you with solutions to your problems that are both immediate and long term –the fastest turnaround possible on the best permanent resolution. This sometimes involves giving you the bad news as well as the good, so if we can’t do something, we will tell you and offer solutions but never mislead you.

This means no subcontractors you aren’t aware of and no subcontractor invoices you cannot see – we will gladly arrange and supervise works but never claim it as our own and never charge you for something we haven’t done, and if we believe that there is someone else who will get the work done better than us we will recommend that to you. 

Our strategy is to give every job the time and consideration it needs to be a success, so we are not a 24/7, 365 emergency business. We can work through the night and out of hours, and should you need us in an emergency and if we can be there then we will, but we think that the best product is best delivered with the best planning.
